Responsibilities
Translate user needs and product goals into thoughtful, intuitive interface designs
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts
Develop modern, accessible UI components that bring UX designs to life
Establish UI patterns, design standards, and component libraries
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to refine user journeys
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and usability
Mentor team members in UX principles, design thinking, and frontend best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern SPA frameworks (React preferred)
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
Experience working in Agile development environments
