Fixed-Term (9 months) – Strong potential for permanent placement About the Role: We are seeking a
Functional Safety (FuSa) and Cybersecurity Manager
to join our Quality Group on a
fixed-term 9-month contract , with a
high likelihood of becoming permanent . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of industry-leading automotive solutions. You will play a key role in
integrating Functional Safety, Automotive Quality, and Cybersecurity
into our development processes. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with industry standards while driving efficiency and innovation in our hardware and software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Support automotive projects
from early development to certification, collaborating with engineering, product security, and safety experts. Establish seamless workflows
between different subject areas, ensuring alignment with processes and requirements. Manage external assessments
for functional safety and cybersecurity, conduct internal audits, and drive open actions to closure. Foster a strong safety culture , deliver training, improve frameworks, manage risks, and monitor performance. Communicate progress
and key updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of industry experience , with at least
3 years directly in Functional Safety (FuSa) . Strong background in
ISO 26262
(essential), with
ASPICE
knowledge being highly beneficial. Extensive practical knowledge of standards such as
ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 61508, ASPICE
and the ability to
review and develop functional safety documentation . Understanding of Soft-IP development lifecycle
from a FuSa perspective. Experience in conducting
audits and root cause analyses
in Functional Safety, Automotive Cybersecurity, or Quality. Strong interpersonal skills
to build relationships and champion a culture of quality, safety, and cybersecurity. Additional Information: No direct reports
in this role. Open to
both full-time employees and contractors .
