We are looking for an experienced
Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer
to join our Wellington, FL team. This position focuses on leading the design, drafting, and engineering of high-end architectural millwork, cabinetry, and custom furniture for upscale residential projects. The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical mastery, team leadership, and a meticulous approach to deliver superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and engineer detailed shop drawings for luxury residential millwork projects in Wellington, FL.
Lead and mentor the drafting team, performing quality reviews, redlines, and ensuring accuracy in all project documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and fabricators to keep projects on schedule and maintain high-quality standards.
Develop material take-offs, parts lists, and conduct shop inspections to confirm constructability.
Maintain and update as-built drawings and support comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
Extensive experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, joinery, and material selection.
Proficient in coordinating hardware, appliances, and integrated systems.
Demonstrated leadership managing drafting or engineering teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
