About the Role
Egis is seeking a
creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled professional
to support our
Design Management team
in preparing, coordinating, and elevating project documentation and presentations.
This position bridges
design coordination, visual storytelling, and brand communication , ensuring that all reports, presentations, and work-winning materials meet the highest standards of clarity, consistency, and design quality expected across Egis’ global portfolio.
The successful candidate will combine strong
InDesign and visual design expertise
with an understanding of
architecture and engineering workflows
to help bring technical narratives to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design Management Support
Assist the Design Management team in compiling, formatting, and editing reports, presentations, and coordination deliverables.
Maintain document consistency and structure in alignment with Egis’ brand and quality standards.
Support design managers in collating consultant inputs, tracking deliverables, and maintaining visual clarity across submissions.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Lead the design and layout of high-quality reports, presentations, and bid materials using
Adobe InDesign .
Create compelling infographics, charts, and visual narratives to communicate design intent and project progress.
Develop and maintain
InDesign and PowerPoint templates
that enhance communication consistency across the design management function.
Elevate the visual quality of diagrams, coordination reports, and design presentations for internal and client audiences.
Work-Winning & Communication
Support the preparation of
work-winning materials
including capability statements, RFP responses, and competition submissions.
Collaborate with business development and communications teams to align content and visuals with the Egis brand.
Contribute creative layouts and visual enhancements to project storytelling and strategic presentations.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma in
Architecture, Design, Communication Design, or related discipline .
2–5 years
of experience in design coordination, visual communication, or document production within an architectural or engineering consultancy.
Strong design sensibility and understanding of project documentation workflows.
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a strong eye for detail, hierarchy, and consistency.
Software & Tools Core Design & Graphic Tools
Adobe Creative Suite
– InDesign (essential), Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Figma
or
Canva
– for interface layouts, collaborative presentation, and rapid concept visualisation
Microsoft PowerPoint & Word
– for structured presentations and design management templates
Preferred Attributes
Creative and structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
