Marketing at TRACTIAN TRACTIAN’s Marketing team integrates Growth, Branding, and Product Marketing to craft a seamless, end‑to‑end experience for our technical audience. In close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, we ensure that our messaging and visuals reinforce every stage of the customer journey—from initial awareness to deep engagement and lasting value. Committed to excellence, we create clear, compelling, and visually striking materials that showcase TRACTIAN’s technical expertise and transformative solutions.
What you’ll do As a Campaign Specialist at TRACTIAN, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns across North America and Mexico, translating global strategy into localized, high‑impact programs for a technical, industrial audience.
You’ll work across multiple channels and partner cross‑functionally to ensure campaigns are launched on time, aligned with business priorities, and driving measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, webinars, and ABM programs
Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platforms
Support campaign messaging, ad copy, and content execution
Localize global campaigns for NORAM, including coordination of Spanish‑language adaptations
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaign alignment and execution
Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and optimization opportunities
Manage timelines and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Requirements
2–3 years of experience executing B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Hands‑on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar tools
Tracks campaign performance and adjusts based on results
Bonus Points
Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase or similar)
Webinar execution experience (Zoom or similar)
Familiarity with Figma or Miro
Experience with paid media or social campaigns
B2B SaaS experience
Spanish proficiency
Based in Atlanta
