
Segment Marketing Manager - Level 1

Overview
Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to join our team and create impactful marketing campaigns from beginning through completion. The role builds and implements strategic tasks to raise awareness and consideration among B2B decision makers, supporting service and sales teams to retain and expand the customer base, secure new business, and enhance Cintas’ value proposition for current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Craft compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of Cintas products and services to resonate with the B2B target audience.
Define and segment key target audiences to develop highly focused marketing and/or sales campaigns.
Create and manage a content calendar that includes valuable and engaging content such as whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, case studies, and email newsletters.
Design and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns across platforms like email, social media, paid advertising, and events to generate leads and drive sales.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, provide sales enablement materials, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track key marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data‑driven adjustments.
Key Marketing Skills
Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social media, AI, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of account‑based marketing (ABM) and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, journey mapping, and decision‑making processes.
Skills / Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of time.
Familiarity in CRM/SFA software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pardot, HubSpot).
Preferred
B2B Marketing experience.
