We’re Arthrex Detroit, the exclusive Arthrex distributor for Southeast Michigan. Our mission is simple: help surgeons treat their patients better. We do that by bringing cutting-edge orthopedic products to surgeons and supporting them with world-class education. We’re growing and looking for Orthopedic Sales Representatives to join our team in a variety of specialties (Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle/Trauma, Arthroplasty, and more). Through the interview process, we’ll work with you to match your strengths to the right team and specialty — and we aim to place you in a territory closer to your home. What you’ll do
Build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. Educate customers on Arthrex’s innovative products and surgical techniques. Drive sales growth by supporting cases in the operating room and beyond. Partner with your teammates to cover call schedules and meet team goals. What we offer

Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, sales, marketing, or health field). Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highaccountability environment. Comfortable working in surgical/operating room settings. Sales experience (especially in B2B or healthcare) is a plus, but we also welcome driven candidates eager to grow into the role.
