Commercial Real Estate Associate – Atlanta
A prestigious Am Law 100 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience handling complex real estate transactions and commercial real estate matters.
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of transactional/financing matters including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, portfolio transactions, and development projects.
Work closely with clients on deal structuring, drafting, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related transactional documents.
Coordinate due diligence and closing processes across multiple asset classes.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active membership in the Georgia Bar.
2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
