As a Senior Associate, work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends and client data; review work of self and others; select appropriate tools for each situation and explain the rationale. CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar Preferred Skills:
Demonstrates knowledge and success in tax issues affecting domestic or international banking; experience with FAS 109, FIN 48, and the banking industry; ability to conduct client discussions, propose firm services, manage engagements, and balance workloads with client expectations; provide timely feedback and keep leadership informed. Additional focus areas include research on business and industry trends, developing viewpoints for proposals, and exploring automation and digitization within a professional services context. The salary range is $77,000 - $214,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation and benefits vary by location and are governed by applicable laws.
