No lead generation required! Leads are pre-qualified and pre-scheduled by our award winning on-site marketing team. Present and sell Wyndham (Travel + Leisure Co.) vacation ownership product by conducting 1:1 (in-person) sales presentations Tailor each sales presentation to meet the vacation lifestyle needs/wants of each client Tour the Presidential Unit at Club Wyndham Flagstaff Resort Find commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners Provide follow-up to clients who purchase Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham (Travel + Leisure Co.) as a VIP owner Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends Requirements

Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment Positive, upbeat and welcoming attitude Ability to overcome rejection General knowledge of smart devices Ability to work individually and within a team Active Arizona Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain before start date) How You'll Be Rewarded
