Description: Our client is hiring a

Founding GTM/Growth Lead

to join as one of the first go-to-market hires and help define the companys growth engine. This is a rare opportunity to build a modern, PLG-driven motion from the ground up, working directly alongside the founding team. Ideal candidates bring either a product-led growth background from a breakout tech company or a highly analytical foundation from consulting or banking, combined with a curiosity for AI and digital health.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the companys early go-to-market strategy across channels

Drive product-led growth (PLG) and top-of-funnel experimentation

Help define and refine key elements of growth, including:

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Messaging and positioning

Pricing models

Brand narrative and product identity

Blend sales-led and usage-driven growth motions depending on customer segment and feedback loops

Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to ensure growth and product direction remain aligned

Collaborate directly with founders in a fast-moving, iterative environment

Analyze data to inform growth experiments, measure impact, and adapt tactics accordingly

Target Customer (ICP)

Independent therapists and small practice owners

Psychologists and psychiatrists

Experience with enterprise healthcare is a plus, but not required at this stage

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a product-led growth role at a consumer or SaaS company

OR strong analytical background from management consulting, investment banking, or strategy

Proven ability to work autonomously and build GTM functions from scratch

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passion for health tech, mental healthcare, or clinical tools

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and iterate quicklyNo need for formal healthcare regulatory or compliance background—though experience in health tech is a bonus

Strongly Preferred

Experience with AI-powered documentation tools or workflow automation

Previous work in high-growth health tech startups (e.g., Grow Therapy, Headway, Fay, Charlie Health)

Familiarity with sales, usage-based growth strategies, or clinician tooling
