Napa Bistro & Wine Bar is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our opening team at our brand-new Raleigh location in Glenwood Place. What You’ll Do
Build private event sales from the ground up and meet monthly banquet sales goals.
Create and execute a local marketing strategy to grow overall restaurant revenue.
Be the face of our brand in the community — attending networking events, hosting wine dinners, and developing relationships with hotel concierges, local businesses, and groups.
Plan and help execute memorable events including wine tastings, chef dinners, and holiday activations.
Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams on menus, BEOs, and flawless event execution.
Keep our staff in the loop with weekly updates, banquet calendars, and regular communication.
Represent Napa with professionalism, warmth, and a guest-first mindset at all times.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of proven success in sales or marketing, ideally in restaurants, hospitality, or events.
Highly organized with excellent communication and follow-through.
A positive, polished presence — someone who makes others feel welcome and inspired.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with catering/event software and CRM tools.
Able to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays for events.
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with a company that values community impact.
Bonus Points For
Experience with wine or beverage marketing.
Familiarity with the Raleigh dining scene and local market connections.
Previous event planning or catering sales background.
Host/server experience in an upscale or chef-driven environment.
