JOB SUMMARY (Day-in-the-Life) The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s online presence, advertising initiatives, product catalogs, and website management to support brand growth and lead generation. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all digital and print platforms while driving marketing strategies that increase visibility and revenue.
On a daily basis, the Marketing Manager collaborates with sales, operations, design, and leadership teams to promote cabinet products and installation services. Responsibilities include managing websites, digital ad campaigns, social media, online reputation, and marketing collateral. Success in this role means generating qualified leads, improving website performance, maintaining brand consistency, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that support company growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain all company websites, ensuring updated content, SEO optimization, and strong user experience
Oversee online presence including Google Business profiles, review platforms, and social media channels
Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display campaigns)
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics; prepare regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness
Create and manage printed and digital product catalogs, brochures, and marketing collateral
Coordinate photography and project showcases for completed cabinet installations
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
Support showroom promotions, builder events, and sales initiatives with marketing materials and strategy
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
Identify new marketing opportunities to expand brand visibility and market share
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in the United States
3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
Experience managing websites and digital advertising platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing marketing performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications (nice‑to‑haves)
Industry experience in cabinets, construction, flooring, or related building materials
Experience with SEO strategies and Google Analytics
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Experience with CRM or lead management systems
Photography and basic photo editing skills
Experience in construction or cabinet operations is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate creativity, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
