supporting direct spend categories in ingredients. This role will develop and implement sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts, and drive year-over-year cost improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing—while building strong supplier relationships across multiple sites. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct spend ingredients. Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts to achieve cost and value improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing) to ensure supplier performance and alignment with business needs. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across multiple sites. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field 4–6 years of sourcing/purchasing experience (food ingredients required) Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills ERP/SAP and MS Office proficiency Willingness to travel 15–20%
