Responsibilities

Research, draft, and prepare complex employment, investment, and treaty-based visa petitions.

Prepare H-3 Trainee, Individual L, or L-blanket petitions.

Prepare E-1/E-2 treaty/trader investor visas, EB-5 investor visas, TN, H-1B, and E-3 visas, and extraordinary ability visas.

Draft and file labor condition applications.

Resolve client registration and processing issues.

Craft ad listings for PERM Labor Certification.

Manage recruitment through submitting applications to the DOL in compliance with federal requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Paralegal certificate required per California state law (for California applicants).

Minimum of three (3) years of corporate immigration experience.

Experience with drafting L’s, H’s, and PERM Labor Certifications.

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Word and knowledge of immigration-based software.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills are a plus.

Salary Los Angeles based position: $78,500 – $128,100. New York or Washington DC based position: $81,900 – $133,700.
