Responsibilities
Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development.
Implement behavioral support plans and track progress.
Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining.
Provide safe transportation for community outings.
Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Behavioral experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with two years of experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
