Maintain excellent customer satisfaction with new and existing clients. Manage setup, scheduling, invoicing, and collections for inspection jobs. Update department’s Master Account Sheet. Coordinate with customers and internal staff to ensure project progress. Communicate regularly via phone and email with clients and technicians. Renew inspection contracts and review proposals/contracts for scope, hours, price, and profit. Manage scheduling, billing, collections, and report submissions as required. Maintain records and complete special projects. Assist with light phone support (up to 2 hours/day, 2-3 days/week). Use business software for responsibilities and suggest efficiency improvements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Assist the Inspections Manager and Sales Account Manager as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic accounting and 2 years’ account management experience. Scheduling experience required. Fire protection industry experience is a plus. Strong computer skills and familiarity with business software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are advantageous. Courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude. Willing to pass drug screening and background check.
