In This Role
Oversee daily outbound shipping operations across Airport Logistics and Buda M3 (day and night shifts)
Ensure shipping processes consistently meet SLAs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
Monitor, analyze, and report on outbound KPIs, including on-time shipment rates, accuracy, and revenue performance
Drive operational excellence to ensure timely, accurate shipments and high SLA performance
Partner with internal stakeholder teams to resolve escalations and improve delivery outcomes
Strengthen customer satisfaction and brand trust through reliable service execution
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency
Implement best practices in shipping operations, leveraging technology, automation, and lean principles
Partner with Transportation, Logistics, Inventory, and Warehouse leadership to align outbound processes with inbound and storage strategies
Own the development and enforcement of safe working habits, ensuring the highest level of compliance with all safety standards, and set clear expectations for maintaining a safe workplace across all shifts and locations
Maintain strong focus on product handling and quality, ensuring items are moved, stored, and shipped with care to protect against damage
Ensure facility standards are upheld by maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work environments across all sites
Lead staffing planning and workforce management, including oversight of headcount, labor forecasting, and budget planning for both Four Hands employees and contract labor
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

Lead and mentor Warehouse Managers, Assistant Managers, leads, and associates across both sites
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Encourage individual growth through feedback, training, and professional development opportunities
Navigate organizational changes with clear communication
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals
Manage headcount, staffing levels, and labor budgets to support volume fluctuations, peak periods, and long-term business growth
The Ideal Person
5+ years of logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Multi-site and multi-shift management experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of outbound logistics, freight management, and SLA adherence
Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and driving customer satisfaction
Experience in furniture or large-item shipping in both small and large parcel freight
