Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Harris + Co is partnering with a global, independent valuation firm that specializes exclusively in valuation and advisory services. The firm works with Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio businesses, delivering valuations for M&A transactions as well as complex financial and tax reporting needs.
The firm is seeking an Associate to join its Financial Reporting practice. In this role, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of valuation projects and work closely with senior professionals on high-quality technical engagements. Typical assignments will include business valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and equity compensation valuations.
Responsibilities
Support valuation analyses and prepare deliverables across various financial reporting engagements.
Conduct research, build financial models, and analyze market and company data.
Work collaboratively with senior team members and contribute to the development of client‑ready presentations and reports.
Manage workload across multiple ongoing projects and meet critical deadlines.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in valuation or public accounting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Progress toward ASA, CFA, or ABV designations is preferred.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment.
