Our client is a large, publicly traded energy company in Arlington VA. The role is a Senior Tax Analyst focused on compliance and provision work. Ideal opportunity for a CPA transitioning out of public accounting. $100-$130k salary range. Responsibilities
Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 Manage and/or assist in the preparation of US Federal, state and foreign income tax and non-income tax/informational returns Draft complex tax disclosures for SEC filings Calculate and prepare quarterly Federal and state estimated tax payments Assist with preparation of tax returns for indirect items (VAT, sales and use tax, property tax) Support forecasting activities specific to tax components Qualifications
3+ years tax experience in public accounting Active CPA license Desire to grow and apply oneself in corporate taxation Ability to be in the office everyday in Arlington VA Seniority level
