Job Description We are seeking Intelligence Analysts who can apply their knowledge to ensure target continuity and develop techniques to gain additional information. The ideal candidate will employ advanced analysis of data to generate insights and leads, maintain appropriate databases, and identify gaps to tailor current collection efforts or enable new collection to close those gaps. Applicants should meet the required qualifications and have experience in intelligence analysis for the U.S. Federal Government.
Required Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages & Cultures, International Relations, or Political Science). A degree in any field is acceptable.
Relevant experience: A.S. + 10 yrs.; B.S. + 8 yrs.; M.S. + 6 yrs.; Ph.D. + 4 yrs. of intelligence analysis and familiarity with customer tool sets and databases. If no degree, twelve (12) years of relevant experience is required.
Strong research skills and demonstrable experience querying intelligence information to highlight threat environments and recommend mitigation.
Experience creating intelligence products.
Strong familiarity with cyber security and network terminology.
Experience conducting advanced analysis of data to generate insights and leads.
Ability to distill, document, contextualize, and share relevant findings.
Team collaboration with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understanding of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
