As a Full‑Time Teller, you play a key role in forming solid and trusting relationships with members at your branch. Your job is to make a positive impact on members’ lives by accurately performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. You also work to identify and discuss UW Credit Union products and services to members that are in their best interest, to help them achieve their financial dreams.

Responsibilities
Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front‑facing member service at the Bay View branch location
Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
Ensure all members’ requests are processed accurately and efficiently
Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals
Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
Help support and maintain member relations with Spanish speaking members
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
Ability to work in an autonomous environment
Fluent in Spanish
Important Information to Know
Schedule: 40 hours a week with availability Monday‑Friday between 8:30 am and 6:15 pm and 6 Saturdays per quarter between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm
