Job Summary: Fivetran is a leader in modern analytics, focused on simplifying access to data for organizations. The Product Analyst will work closely with product managers to analyze data, define KPIs, and enhance analytics infrastructure, contributing to the company's mission of enabling data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: • Partner with product managers to quantitatively understand problems and potential solutions; analyze disparate data sets in creative ways to generate new insights • Proactively engage in the definition and measurement of KPIs that will drive the company to success; set benchmarks and provide the means to monitor progress towards targets • Participate in experiment design and analyze performance of product launches and experiments, and make recommendations to optimize for actions that drive impact • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to tackle challenges where product data and broader business data intersect • Maintain and enhance analytics infrastructure including data models and visualization tools at Fivetran in cooperation with analysts across the organization • Assist in training new hires, colleagues, partners and our fan club on the workings of Fivetran’s data and what it means to be a data-driven culture Qualifications: Required: • Passion for data and analytics • Demonstrated experience using a data visualization tool such as Looker, Sigma, Hex or Tableau to analyze, visualize, and model raw data sets • Advanced logical and analytical abilities to help solve problems and derive insights from data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to successfully complete multiple competing projects under tight deadlines • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail Preferred: • 5+ years experience using analytics to support key business decisions, preferably at a high-growth, SaaS or B2B product company • Experience using dbt or other data transformation tools Company: Fivetran is a technology company that automates replicating data into a cloud data platforms.
