Key Responsibilities

Partner with district agents to serve and follow up on commercial leads

Reach out to existing personal lines clients who are business owners to quote their business insurance

Market and network proactively to build your own base of commercial clients

Be accountable for district commercial goals, including premium and policy count

Support agents in quoting, binding, and servicing commercial policies

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Maintain high levels of customer service and retention

Requirements

Property & Casualty license—either active or willingness to obtain (required)

Sales-minded and driven to help the district and yourself achieve business goals

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and responsive to opportunities
