Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain policy updates and account information within agency management systems Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding coverage and policy inquiries Manage the full marketing and quoting process for new business and renewal accounts Identify, gather, and organize information related to upcoming account renewals Maintain consistent, timely communication with agency clients and carrier partners to ensure smooth account servicing Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required 3-5+ years of experience with an independent agency or retail brokerage Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages and rating Hands‑on experience working directly with multiple carriers and underwriters Proficiency with online rating platforms and carrier portals Experience with Applied TAM, EPIC, and/or AMS360 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Legally authorized to work in the United States All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
