Construction Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY Manage day-to-day field operations, safety, and installation sequencing for commercial interior renovations and TI projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics to maintain schedule and quality. Maintain daily reports, safety logs, progress documentation, and quality control standards. Work closely with the Project Manager on scheduling, RFIs, design clarifications, and resolving field challenges. Ensure adherence to design intent, finish quality, and client expectations for high-end interiors. Lead onsite meetings, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes and GC standards. Drive fast-track timelines and manage multiple trades simultaneously.
