Product Summary:
Cabinetry + cabinetry hardware, PPE, synthetic countertops, plywood/laminates, finishes/coatings, adhesives, fasteners, abrasives, sinks, lighting, machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
Compensation Structure:
$80k base + quarterly commission bonus program. $100k+ (gross/pretax) is within reason the first year for a rep who performs well. You will also have access to spiffs and other incentives throughout the year.
Automotive Allowance:
$600/month (tax free) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS".

To help you succeed, we offer hands‑on training and professional development, this includes visits to our headquarters, product training, shadowing experienced Outside Sales Reps, and personalized one‑on‑one training with the high performing Sales Managers.
As a Territory Manager, you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow‑up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers.
Requirements
Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Bundled consumer-driven Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental (Aetna), and Vision (VSP) pricing. New hires receive full access to benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire.
401(k) with matching program starts immediately. Company will match half of the first 5% of annual compensation.
8 paid company holidays
2 weeks’ vacation (0 to 5 years), 3 weeks’ vacation (5 to 10 years), 4 weeks’ vacation (10 to 15 years), 5 weeks’ vacation (15+ years)
