Job Overview This role serves as Coca-Cola Consolidated's primary strategic representative and advocate across all CONA (Coke One North America) initiatives. This role is accountable for ensuring that Coca-Cola Consolidated's business priorities, operational realities, and strategic objectives are clearly represented, advanced, and protected within CONA governance forums, and will influence planning and execution of CCCI's strategic priorities with CONA. Acting as the connective tissue between Coca Cola Consolidated leadership and the CONA ecosystem, this role drives alignment, clarity, and value realization across system wide initiatives while strengthening CCCI's influence and leadership position within the broader Coca Cola bottler system. This role will shape CONA initiative scope, timing, and success criteria to align with CCCI strategy, capacity, and operational readiness.
Duties & Responsibilities
Advocate for CCCI priorities, constraints, and sequencing needs to ensure CONA initiatives deliver tangible value for the business.
Partner with internal functional leaders (IT, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, HR, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity) to translate enterprise priorities into clear CONA positions.
Drive clarity on decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability between CONA, Coca Cola Consolidated, and system partners.
Track and communicate the business value, outcomes, and realized benefits of CONA initiatives for Coca Cola Consolidated.
Build strong, trusted relationships with CONA Services leadership, peer bottlers, and The Coca Cola Company stakeholders.
Act as a thought partner in shaping the future evolution of CONA governance, platforms, and ways of working.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience in enterprise strategy, large scale transformation, systems governance, or complex program leadership
Deep understanding of matrixed, multi stakeholder environments; bottler, system, or shared services experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities across organizations
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex initiatives into clear business implications
Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, digital commerce, data platforms, shared services)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (4 years)
Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering preferred.
