We need a Director of Finance Operations to join our team to assist with financial strategy on our operations team. This is a full-time position and will be based in Lehi, Utah at Pattern’s global headquarters.
Responsibilities
Work as the finance partner to Global Operations Leadership by advising on strategy, support achievement of short term operational goals, and modeling of new business plans
Key Leadership role in the Fulfillment Business (Marketplace Prep, Middle Mile, D2C)
Own key operations metric's, and re-imagine new metrics, with direct links to financial performance
Own FP&A responsibilities across operations group (Inventory, Personnel, Shipping, Capex). Share financials insights and trends, through short term analyses to drive efficiency and behavior changes
Work closely with Finance and Operations on multi-year projections, financial reporting, and budgeting
Report on operations performance to finance leadership and other C-suite Executives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Supply Chain
At least 10 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, and finance
Sophisticated knowledge of FP&A
Proven track record of business partnering
Specific FMCG and 3P experience preferred

You will work closely with operations and finance leadership as well as other full-time finance and operations team members at all levels. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will manage a team of three people and collaborate regularly with the team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
