Recruiting for a leading growing boutique law firm that specializes in commercial real estate and looking to hire a commercial real estate attorney with 3-5 years (or more) of relevant experience. The firm includes multiple former big-law attorneys. Up to 300K base salary, based on experience, PLUS 2 bonus potentials: one based on firm profits and another one as discretionary bonus. Open to both Charleston, South Carolina or Columbia, South Carolina. Bonus points for those with experience drafting leases for major retailers, but not required. While the firm is boutique, they are very successful and do really big deals with well-known clients. Open to someone not licensed in the state that would work remote that have strong relevant experience as well, but preference for those willing to work in person.
