Executive Assistant
to support a wonderful SVP on their team. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of
media and advertising
but maintains a corporate standard of excellence. You will serve as a key thought partner to the SVP, managing complex global workflows and participating in high-profile logistics. Location:
Downtown, New York
Onsite (5 days/week, Monday-Friday) Hours:
9:00am 6:00pm Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Complex Calendar Management:
Orchestrating intricate schedules for the SVP across multiple global time zones with extreme foresight and accuracy. High-Intensity Travel:
Arranging complex international and domestic travel (flights, airport services, ground logistics, and visas); 25% travel component required to support the SVP during major events. Office Management (~15%):
Serving as the sole administrator for the NY officegreeting guests, managing vendors, handling maintenance, and ensuring a seamless daily environment. Project Management:
Acting as a proxy for the SVP on priority projects; assisting with materials and logistics for large-scale global activations and brand partnerships. Communication & Flow:
Managing high-volume emails and correspondence; drafting professional correspondence and materials. Expense & Operations:
Tracking and reconciling complex expenses The Ideal Candidate: Experience:
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives within
media, advertising, or a creative agency
environment. Operational Mindset:
Someone who understands creative workflows but is focused on creating process and structure. Professional Poise:
