Director Information Technology Architecture
Boston Medical Center (BMC), Oklahoma City, OK, United States
Boston Medical Center is looking for a
Director of IT Architecture
to lead how we design, scale, and secure enterprise technology across the organization.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-maintain role—this is about
building, modernizing, and leading architecture at scale
across cloud, network, and core systems that directly support patient care.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Leading architecture across
AWS, network, and enterprise systems
Managing a team of
cloud, network, and systems architects
Driving modernization (cloud, automation, scalability)
Partnering with leadership to align IT with real business + clinical impact
Owning security and compliance in a
high-stakes healthcare environment
What matters for this role:
You’ve led architecture teams (not just been the top engineer)
You’ve worked in
healthcare or another regulated environment
You can think strategically and execute
Nice to have:
Epic (EHR/EMR) experience
AWS, CISSP, or similar certifications
If you’ve been waiting for a role where you can actually
shape architecture—not just maintain it—this is it.
