You Are: A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other; our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

Manage client‑facing workshops to define account reconciliation, transaction matching, close controls, and compliance requirements with Finance, Accounting, and Internal Audit stakeholders.

Manage Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS) workstreams, overseeing design, build, test, and deployment activities while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Design and implement reconciliation formats, matching rules, thresholds, aging profiles, and close calendars aligned with accounting policies and audit requirements.

Integrate ARCS with ERP, EPM, and source systems to enable automated data loads, transaction matching, and end‑to‑end reconciliation traceability.

Provide hands‑on functional leadership and mentoring to project teams, actively participating in configuration, troubleshooting, and solution validation to ensure delivery quality.

Hands‑on experience using Groovy scripting to build or enhance ARCS rules, matching logic, validations, and automation.

Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, estimation, demos, and proposal development for ARCS and broader close transformation initiatives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on close governance, reconciliation best practices, audit readiness, and controls optimization.

Contribute to practice development through reusable ARCS assets, templates, accelerators, and participation in internal capability‑building.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

Minimum of 5 years of Oracle EPM delivery experience with minimum of 3 years hands‑on expertise in Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS), including reconciliation formats, transaction matching, workflows, certifications, and compliance reporting.

Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing reconciliation solutions, including reconciliation templates, matching rules, thresholds, aging profiles, and close calendars aligned with accounting and audit requirements.

Minimum of 3 years integrating ARCS with ERP, source systems, and other EPM modules (FCC, Planning, PCM/EPCM, EDM) to support automated data loads and end‑to‑end close processes.

Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration environment.

Minimum of 2 years leading client‑facing design sessions and managing ARCS delivery teams or reconciliation workstreams, with active hands‑on configuration and issue resolution.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Bonus Points If: You have hands‑on experience with advanced ARCS features, such as Transaction Matching, multi‑source reconciliations, compliance reporting, and close calendars.

Bonus Points If: You have experience supporting close optimization, audit readiness, SOX controls, or reconciliation automation initiatives.

Bonus Points If: You have supported pre‑sales efforts or contributed to thought leadership around financial close and reconciliation transformations.

Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300

Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000

New York: $68,300 to $218,800

New Jersey: $78,500 to $218,800

Washington: $80,200 to $201,300
