Industrial Designer – Bring Beauty Concepts to Life Step into a role where your creativity shapes the future of beauty packaging. As an Industrial Designer, you’ll develop standout design assets—from concept sketches to high‑fidelity prototypes—while working closely with a collaborative, high‑energy creative team. This position is strongly preferred to be based in New York.

What You’ll Do

Turn brand and product strategy into innovative, eye‑catching packaging solutions.

Create custom packaging concepts for leading beauty brands.

Build compelling visual presentations that bring ideas to life.

Partner with engineering, sales, and design teams to align on narrative, function, and execution.

Get hands‑on with 3D printing and prototyping tools.

Translate market and competitor insights into actionable design direction.

Maintain a consistent, on‑brand design language with exceptional attention to detail.

Contribute to long‑term design strategy and creative evolution.

Manage tight timelines, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving.

Bring fresh thinking, inspire your teammates, and enjoy the creative process.

What You Bring

BFA/MFA in Industrial Design or related field.

2+ years in industrial or product design.

Experience or strong sensibility for beauty packaging.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, SolidWorks, and Keyshot.

Strong 3D modeling, visualization, and prototyping skills.

Ability to tell a product story through visuals and presentations.

Clear, fast, confident communication across teams and stakeholders.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively.

Work Environment A quiet‑to‑moderate office setting with typical computer‑based work. Occasional standing, walking, or light lifting (up to 10 lbs). Reasonable accommodations available.
