Job Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Present Ford and Lincoln vehicle features and benefits
Conduct test drives and assist throughout the sales process
Guide customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service mindset
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Compensation
Commission-based pay
