Location: Granbury Tx Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $50,000 salary + commission

About the Role We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and is eager to grow into an Outside Sales position. Successful candidates will have a clear path to transition into field sales based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to drive revenue growth

Prepare for transition into Outside Sales by learning territory management and field sales strategies

Qualifications

1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (B2B or B2C)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Experience with CRM software
