Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements
An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to starting in the office.
If not currently licensed, you must obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license before Day 1.
A Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date.
Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided to help you successfully complete the process.
Role Overview As an Account Representative, your primary focus is production. You will proactively market and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance products to both new and existing customers. You will conduct needs-based conversations, identify protection gaps, and confidently present tailored solutions. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and measurable sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
Quote, present, and close policies using a consultative sales approach
Conduct policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Assist customers with applications, endorsements, renewals, and service requests
Overcome objections and guide prospects to confident buying decisions
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Track pipeline activity and production metrics to meet and exceed goals
