Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative Arthrex Atlanta, located in Athens, GA, is seeking a team‑oriented, sales‑driven professional to join our dedicated sales force. The role focuses on achieving predetermined sales goals and building lasting relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.

Build and maintain strong business relationships, implementing effective sales strategies.

Communicate product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs to current and new customer accounts.

Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position Arthrex competitively.

Cross‑sell additional products and manage new product introductions.

Address any account issues, providing timely solutions.

Maintain compliance and confidentiality, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Receive coaching, training, or mentoring from the sales manager and share knowledge with peers.

Maintain training in sales skills and product knowledge.

Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends.

Participate in sales meetings and professional association events outside regular hours as required.

Lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.

Comfortable operating in open operating room environments.

Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, operating room protocols, and surgery indications.

Prior sales experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Requirements

MS Office proficiency.

Ability to create an effective 30/60/90 day business plan.

Commission‑driven mindset.

Strong public speaking and communication skills.

Sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.

Self‑assurance, competitive drive, and independence in decision‑making.

Compliance with all company policies and conduct codes.

Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
