Diehl Subaru of Massillon is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented
Service Warranty Clerk / BDC Representative
to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Work week will be Tuesday - Saturday. Pay will include bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
Processing and submitting service warranty claims accurately and on time
Following up on warranty payments and resolving discrepancies
Assisting the Service and Parts departments with documentation and reporting
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for service scheduling
Confirming appointments and providing excellent customer communication
Supporting BDC and service operations as needed
Qualifications:
Prior automotive dealership experience preferred (service or warranty experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable on the phone with a professional, friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
Basic computer skills; dealership software experience is a plus
