As a Sales Associate, you will: Engage and connect with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Achieve and exceed sales goals by implementing our selling strategies. Share product knowledge to maximize sales. Build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools. Understand and respect customers' personal styles when offering fashion advice. Inspire customers with your product knowledge to meet their needs. Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to keep the store clean and organized. Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, restocking, and ringing up customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working collaboratively with the team.
