As an Account Representative for the Mike Hall - State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will assist with the Agency\'s growth and retention needs of our Agency. You will help improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant State Farm products and services to prospective and current customers. Starting base pay is based on Insurance industry and/or sales experience. Responsibilities
Development new business and Agency awareness in the markets served. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal relationship building skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in Insurance industry customer service and/or sales preferred. Be a go getter, self-motivated individual! Compensation
