Responsibilities Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists Support clients’ Form 10-K, Forms 10-Q and quarterly earnings release Prepare non-public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting 3-5 years in public accounting CPA or parts passed Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting a plus Salary Range $100,000 – $150,000 Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries Staffing and Recruiting
