We're looking for our next agency leader an Account Supervisor to conceptualize and manage high-impact media relations campaigns for some of the most innovative companies in B2B and B2C tech. Our Account Supervisor will: Lead the development and execution of integrated public relations strategies, overseeing campaigns from concept and messaging through launch, measurement, and optimization Serve as the senior strategic and communications lead for a portfolio of 5-6 clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact across email, calls, and in-person meetings Set the editorial and messaging bar across accounts, personally drafting high-impact pitches, PR plans, and press releases, while reviewing, refining, and elevating work produced by team members Drive high-value media coverage and long-term journalist relationships, maintaining strong connections with top-tier and trade outlets covering technology, with additional exposure across hospitality, design/architecture, and adjacent verticals Manage, mentor, and grow a team of account executives, account coordinators, and interns, providing strategic guidance, clear feedback, and professional development support to ensure strong performance and career progression Oversee account health and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships Represent the agency and its clients externally, including occasional domestic and international travel to support industry trade shows, conferences, media engagements, and PR events Qualifications include: 4+ years of experience in technology public relations, preferably at an agency Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to shape messaging, lead narrative development, and elevate work across multiple accounts and contributor Proven ability to own and grow client relationships, managing multiple accounts simultaneously while serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders Demonstrated success securing high-impact, top-tier and vertical media placements, supported by deep, long-standing relationships with relevant journalists and outlets Experience leading and mentoring junior team members, including setting priorities, providing feedback, and guiding professional development Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution while keeping long-term client and campaign goals in focus Ability to commute into the Manhattan-based office twice per week Why work at griffin360?
