We’re looking for energetic professionals who have successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. As a Mossy Sales Consultant, you will sell new and pre‑owned vehicles and products while achieving unit volume quotas, gross profit goals, and client satisfaction objectives. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions; however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non‑sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $60,000 to $120,000. Benefits

Establish daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritize and organize work, and utilize time effectively. Build relationships and create lifelong customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the vehicle expert: know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, latest technology, and aftermarket products and services. Perform high‑quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles. Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, complying with all company, DMV, state, and federal requirements. Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ and positive attitude every day. Efficiently close sales to attain optimal gross profit; properly compute financial aspects of sales transactions. Consistently follow up after sales to assure client satisfaction and create opportunities for additional sales and repeat purchase. Qualifications

Great attitude with a high‑energy personality. Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins and outs. Fantastic communication skills with customers. Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance and work attire. Clean driving record and valid California driver’s license. Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen. Proven track record of achieving or over‑achieving sales goals.
