Responsibilities

You will be the operational engine driving admissions and market growth. You will be a champion of the Select Medical Way, focusing on quality of life for our community and doing well by doing what is right. Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators to ensure high-performance standards. Relationship Management: Develop and nurture professional partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, payors, and acute care clinicians. Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with hospital Directors and CEOs to streamline the admissions process and solve operational challenges. Field Support: Lead the team in the field, providing active training and removing obstacles to enhance professional development. Data-Driven Messaging: Utilize market data to refine team messaging and implement best practices for hospital growth. Qualifications

Required skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical field. 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare business development supervision role. Preferred skills that will make you a successful Director of Business Development: Master's degree Clinical License Knowledge of insurance reimbursement and regulations Proven success in team development.
