Summary:

Enru Logistics is seeking a Logistics Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and profitability across our transportation network. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in logistics, pricing, or supply chain analytics who combine strong technical skills with a business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and manage pricing for customer opportunities, including multi-leg and consolidated shipments

Analyze transportation costs (LTL, TL, parcel, USPS) to identify margin improvement opportunities

Develop and maintain Excel-based pricing models and tools

Create and manage Power BI dashboards for pricing performance and cost visibility

Interpret carrier rate structures (tariffs, fuel surcharges, accessorials)

Partner with Sales and Operations to align pricing with service and profitability goals

Support RFPs, renewals, and strategic pricing initiatives

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation pricing, or analytics

Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, formulas)

Experience building Power BI dashboards (DAX, data modeling)

Strong understanding of transportation pricing fundamentals (LTL/TL, fuel, accessorials)

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Candidates without a degree will be strongly considered if they demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI development.

Preferred Skills

Experience with TMS platforms (Quoting Engines, Internal Systems, SMC3)

Familiarity with tariff structures (e.g., CzarLite)

SQL or large dataset experience

Exposure to mail and general freight consolidation or network-based pricing
