
Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist – Commercial Real Estate

Northmarq is a unique capital markets resource for commercial real estate investors. We are seeking a Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist to support our multifamily investment sales teams in the Charlotte office.
Role:
Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist – discrete in‑office position with an immediate near‑term start date.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare pitchbooks and business development materials with regional offices, graphic designers, and corporate Marketing Communications.
Develop custom marketing packages including pitches, BOVs, OMs, marketing updates, and any other marketing materials.
Customize and adapt templates to align with specific deal strategies and broker team needs.
Draft and submit transaction announcements for distribution across news media, social media, and northmarq.com.
Develop and manage an editorial calendar for local office content across social and web platforms.
Incorporate market research and reports into marketing materials and messaging.
Create, manage, and deploy marketing email campaigns using the company’s marketing automation platform.
Serve as a resource to brokers and sales professionals on marketing automation tools and best practices.
Utilize Salesforce to build and refine targeted contact lists for outreach.
Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics, document for client‑facing materials.
Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficient in Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Express) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
Experience with marketing automation tools and database programs like HubSpot, Salesforce, RCM, or equivalents.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to build and sustain strong business relationships and commitment to superior client service.
Demonstrated leadership potential and training capabilities.
Commitment to maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
Candidate must provide portfolio link or work samples showcasing marketing and graphic design expertise, including print layout or multi‑page design projects.
