As a Sales Associate, you will: Engage and connect with customers to create a memorable shopping experience. Achieve and surpass sales goals by executing our selling strategy. Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales. Build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools. Understand and respect customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice. Inspire customers with your product knowledge to meet their needs. Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, organized store. Complete assigned responsibilities such as floor sets, restocking, and ringing up customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working collaboratively to create a great environment for customers and team members. Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends. Communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone, or virtually. Reach at or below shoulder level. Carry equipment and move boxes or samples as needed. For Stores & Distribution Centers: Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs.
