We are seeking an accomplished
Audit Partner
to join our leadership team in Irvine. This individual will play a critical role in guiding the firm’s assurance practice, managing client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and shaping the growth strategy of the practice. What You’ll Do
Lead and expand the assurance practice, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards. Manage and grow key client relationships across diverse industries. Oversee multiple audit engagements, from planning through reporting. Mentor and develop staff at all levels, fostering a culture of excellence. Drive business development, networking, and client acquisition efforts. Partner with the executive team to set strategic vision and firm-wide goals. Provide technical expertise, staying current with industry standards and regulations. What You Need (Qualifications)
CPA license in good standing (required). 12+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with significant audit leadership. Proven track record as a Partner, Principal, or Director in a public accounting firm. Strong technical background in GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting (preferred). Business development experience with a strong local and regional network. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills. Must be local to the Orange County/Irvine area.
