Communications Manager – AI Transformation and Adoption Oliver Wyman, part of Marsh, is a management consulting firm that drives transformation through deep industry insight, bold innovation, and a collaborative approach.

This role is part of the Quotient team in London and supports Oliver Wyman’s firm‑wide internal AI transformation program, focusing on embedding artificial intelligence into day‑to‑day work.

The position operates under a hybrid working policy, requiring at least 60% in‑office attendance.

Quotient Inside is the firm’s internal AI transformation program, aimed at increasing productivity, quality, and impact by integrating AI‑enabled tools, workflows, and capabilities across business development, client delivery, and internal operations.

About the Role As the Communication Manager for Quotient Inside, you will build, develop, and implement an internal communications and adoption strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative for Oliver Wyman’s AI transformation. You will shape leadership messages, coordinate global and regional communications, and support adoption by reinforcing priorities and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end communications strategy and execution for Quotient Inside, ensuring consistent delivery from planning through execution.

Coordinate messaging across global and regional channels to maintain consistency.

Shape leadership‑level narratives, including progress, impact, and calls to action.

Align communications with product releases, activation waves, and key milestones to support adoption and momentum.

Track engagement and effectiveness, refining approaches based on feedback and data, and adjust messaging and channels over time.

Who we are looking for

At least 5 years’ experience in communications, change communications, or internal engagement roles.

Strong strategic writing and storytelling ability, able to explain complex initiatives clearly and compellingly for different audiences.

Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex programs, comfortable shaping and advising on messages.

Ability to manage multiple communication streams in parallel without losing quality or focus.

Comfort operating in fast‑changing, high‑visibility environments and adapting quickly as priorities and timelines shift.

Essential skills and attributes

Strong editorial and narrative clarity in complex environments.

Ability to distill complex, evolving initiatives into clear, coherent narratives for different audiences, including AI capabilities.

Ability to influence alignment without formal authority.

Experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape messages, manage sensitivities, and align communications without direct ownership.

Audience‑centred communication across levels and regions.

Track record of tailoring communication to different audiences, cultures, and levels of seniority while maintaining consistency.

Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining precision and quality.

Ability to produce high‑quality communications when inputs are incomplete, priorities shift, or direction is still forming while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Foundational skills such as tool proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms), facilitation support, digital fluency, adaptability, learning mindset, and general stakeholder skills.
